It is not completely out of line for Paxson to have some problems with what he is doing. Mirotic should be playing. He has demonstrated that he deserves to play by his regular season performance. Snell and Mcdermott have not made as a strong a case but Mirotic should be playing.

Hard to say. He is a stubborn guy. It's obvious that the Bulls are going to struggle whenever Gibson and Hinrich are on the floor together. Thibs given a choice will always err on the side of defense. Invariably he will choose the defensive minded guy.

The problem is that Paxson rightfully focused on offensive minded guys during the off season. He went out and acquired guys that can score. He acquired the kind of guys that Thibs doesn't like to play. There was bound to be conflict. You could see it coming a mile away.

But he plays Pau a ton of minutes and he's horrible on D (beyond the occasional blocked shot).

I find it more painful when the bums kill the Bulls than the stars. It almost makes it seem hopeless.

The bums killed them on Wednesday and to a lesser extent tonight. Don't think the starters are worn out after a day off (other than possibly Rose given his limited game time).

sure they are. they had bricks in their feet the entire first half. on both sides. nobody argues that one day off is not enough to fully recover after you play for 40min like they need to play in the playoffs. its what makes the playoffs a title fight.

I'd go with Mirotic over Hinrich at this point. Offensive rebounds are killing them. Plus he has been shooting well. Not sure how Hinrich helps (note: my predictions have been bad so maybe Hinrich will hit the winning 3 pointer).
