Just breaking - The league announced that quarterback Tom Brady was suspended four games, the team was fined $1 million and will lose its 2016 first-round draft pick and a fourth-round pick in 2017. The league has been considering punishment since the release of investigator Ted Wells' report last Thursday.

Holy Crap

And they are surprised and we are meatballs. With all the money involved integrity of the actual game and results are more huge than other stuff.

Biggest sports story of the whole year so far and Berns and Boerstein got it so wrong that they can't even talk about it. Nothing to see here, move along.

Even Olberman got it right. Best clip he's ever done.

In an unrelated story, their analysis of the Bulls-Cavs series seems to be that LeBron James is the best player of all time who can singlehandedly win games with ease but the Bulls should win the series anyway and fire Thibs if they can't.

How can you be the best player in the NBA when you travel every time you touch the ball?

I heard a number of fun bad calls about LeBron on the way to and from golfing. Hilarious.

Not surprising. Anytime a Score personality begins talking about the Bears, their IQ drops by 20%. When they're talking about any non-Bears NFL issue, it's more like 50%.

The only things Lebron has been best at in the NBA are traveling, flopping and crying about calls he didn't get. His success is due to the fact that he plays in a weak league talent-wise and the refs don't call his traveling. If his Cavs teams played against any of the great teams of the 80s and 90s, like the Bulls, Lakers, Celtics or Pistons, the Cavs would get destroyed. Even his Miami Heat teams would have gotten destroyed.

I'm not sure if Lebron even belongs in the 10 top of all time, let alone the top 5. This is another point B&B has always been wrong about. You're going to put Lebron above Larry Bird? Please.

You don't think LeBron is better than Larry Bird? I loved Larry Bird and he is the better shooter, but all-around I would take LeBron every time.

Don't believe me, believe Kobe. This is what he said about Bird:

“I will say, as the years go on, people really forgot how great Larry Bird was,” he said. “He was ridiculous. And I grew up in L.A. — just like everyone else here — hating his guts. Dude — the guy was just money.”

We need to get back on topic.

Today Dan excused himself for underestimating the venoum against Brady in the press and elsewhere in NFL fandom. No, it's just that they think he cheated and you don't, Dan, and they also think Brady is stupid, as Olberman talked about. All of the damage Brady is suffering is self-inflicted, a point you haven't been able to grasp, Danny.
