How is it affecting things if every other guy would have done the same thing? It's conventional wisdom. If it had worked Keyser Soze and Hawk would be calling Ventura a genius.

How does that excuse the manager from affecting the game, is what I'm asking. If he makes the call, conventional or otherwise, he is making calls that affect the game.

Bonifacio can play the OF just as poorly as Shuck, plus Bonifacio occasionally hits. Bring up the guy hitting .400 at Charlotte and who lit up Spring.
