Rumor has it they are going to reboot it. I really hope they do. I love the books and the First move with Fred Ward. If done right could be better than 007

Fred Ward and Joel Grey were great in it. Overall the movie was kind of meh. Hopefully the reboot is better. Thanks for the kind words Matthew.

There was a TV pilot.

The scenes at the Statue of Liberty where breathtaking and really cool if you got into the message the film maker was putting into them. I have read about 40 of the books, debating reading the New Destroyer Books.
