Didn't listen to much today (a nice day like today calls for nice music!), but what I did hear was Dan talking about the need for a new coach, meatball-voicing "WHO ARE DEY GONNA FINE DAT'S BETTER?" and responding with "that's. not. the point" or something like that. It's amazing how Dan can take the most reasonable thoughts and make them sound ridiculous by talking in a working-class Chicago accent.

"People are like 'HOW DO WE KNOW DEY GOTS ALLS DEM WMDs??', it. doesn't. matter whether they have them. It's not even that."

Anyway, the point is that Dan has absolved Boss Of The Year (@thepaxman?) of something so basic as hiring a good coach. That's reassuring.

Since Dan likes to play clips of Hawk during his show to try and embarrass him, I think it would be funny if Hawk started playing embarrassing clips of Dan during White Sox broadcasts.

Making fun of Ron Santo and his "stumps"

Also, if the Bulls become, say, a 43-win team under Fred Hoiberg or whoever, they will face a decidedly tougher road in the playoffs, or, perish the thought, they could finish even worse and not even have the chance to disappoint in the playoffs. You'd think the monetize-everything crowd would see the value in having a team that's competitive and creating buzz all year long, but then again, the Bulls were the team that still sold out through their dark ages (the previous Fred Hoiberg era), so maybe it doesn't matter after all.

First, Jason pointed it out from what he saw on the floor....last week!

Second, you have an actual Bulls beat guy! Not a fill in, not a shill, you have a guy in Shuster who is actually well respected by those in the organization and can ask people if such issues exist. The Bernstein angle has once again alienated another TEAM member in Shuster, who actually keeps official score at some games.

Third, NONE OF IT HAPPENED!
