Yeah, he is a bench coach. Asking some of my high level sources what he does, as he was removed from 1B coaching this year...not sure why he was there in the 1st place.

Was told he is basically the "rah rah" guy. Maddon likes him, Jed and Theo like him. He is the "Attitude Coach".

I just said OK.
