I know why Mac is a six figure guy. ALL due repsect to JD, jurko and Harry but there is not the getty up and banter and swagger when Mac is not there. It sounds like a couple of guys sitting around the water cooler being Monday morning QB's. Not many laughs..

I thought they were digging holes last year to fix the signal towers? Sounds like I'm cooking fucken bacon thru my radio with all the sizzleing and crackling with them powering down the signal at 4pm .

I'm enjoying the Bulls talk but if they suck what the hell are they going to talk about? The Kobe stuff got way to broing and how long can we take calls on that.

Don't know about you guys but starting to enjoy Waddle and Silvvy. They are geeting great guests and are bonding a bit . I think Carm is more polished and a better listen and over all a more knowledgeable host but I think Silvvy has made strides.

I agree 100% with this comment. Now, I don't mind 670, but, I really would like to hear the shows on ESPN1000 after dark. I really dig Carm and JD's show, and, given the condition of the signal 'after dark' it's pretty much pointless, and i'm forced to another station, or my Ipod.

I've always thought JD was a robot. They store him in the ESPN 1000 closet.

I think they should set aside a segment on a show and cut JD. See if he bleeds.

Make sure you keep your pants on when driving after 4PM then.

JD doesnt seem to mesh real well with jurk and harry-- at least when he is driving. i thought the shows last week (and over summer with mac in the penalty box) with carmen were pretty good for the most part

Northie wishes he had the pub Waddle and Silvvy are getting. I've seen about half a dozen commericals with Waddle and Silvvy and billboards all over town.

Over all I see the station taking a proactive apporoach to getting their product out and letting the mases know their is a sports radio station in town.I remember a few years back MJH had several commericals running for their show and well you know , they became #1 in the spot.

Turn your radio to face east/southeast. That's what I have to do sometime after the 5:00 pm hour. Signal should then come in clear.

Yeah...what is the deal with the signal? I spend 45 minutes crusing home in traffic every night & the signal from AM1000 is so freakin pathetic, I can barely listen to it. It sure makes it easy on me to switch over to WSCR or something on the FM dial. I am in the target demographic, so I wonder what the reaction is to many listeners like myself switching away from AM1000 to a competitor becasue of a crappy signal?

This needs to be a question posted in the next Ask Mac thread.

I never have problems (unless I am going through a tunnel but that is expected)...
