Stone is loving this.

Not only does Swirsk let him talk, he sets him up by asking him questions. He also strokes Stone's ego by announcing him as "The former Cy Young award winner." Stone also feels comfortable in saying stuff that he knows Hawk wouldn't like.

Hawk will be back soon. Back to misery for Stone.

Stone: :(

Not so quick there sparky....Swirsky giving props to Garcia 'Amazing catches" after he over runs the ball...and then needs to reach back....TWICE! Kills Stony to see it, yet alone have a good announcing it like it was a great play...

But yes, much more comfortable in the booth, he actually talks with the other guy there.

Swirsk is a pro and knows the broadcast needs to progress, cant have these 15 second, no sound moments....doesnt work.

Just curious. Do you think it dawns on Hawk, as you know he's watching these games, how much better the broadcast is with Swirsk engaging Stone? Or even if he did, do you think he cares? Probably not.

Hawk does not care. $$$ If he calls game or not. Probably does not listen either. Watches with sound off. If the senile bastard even has the worthless game on.

What's wrong with Hawk's eyes? He had a surgery on one a few years ago. Now another one.
