Your belief in the value of winning percentage in determining the worth of starting pitchers is largely stupid.

Not really. Unless, of course, you can show me the great starting pitcher with a losing record due to a chronic lack of "run support".

Your belief that Jeff Samardzija and Tony Romo are "losers" apropos of nothing is largely stupid.

Dude do you watch football? Tony Romo IS a loser. He has a winning record but I can't think of another QB with a winning record that I would want nowhere near my team in a playoff game. This fucker cannot win a big game.
Samardzija is a loser. By record. By ERA. By any metric you want to find. He is a loser. You know this is true.

I know Samardzija is a loser because of his losing record. Nothing else. It's not based on whimsy or feelings.

Dude. Really? I called him a loser. You're wigging out of the methodology but the fact is that is the correct conclusion. I said it because he pitches like a fairy with JBF Butt who performs like a 7th grader getting his first hand job and you say so because of his losing record but the truth remains he is a loser.
So, JORR, if he had a winning season, does that mean that he's not a loser anymore in your opinion?

No, but if he finishes his career with a winning record, I'm not sure how one could call him a loser.

All games are not equal. Romo is 2-4 in the playoffs. 75-48 in the season.
He will finish with a winning record. But as he doesn't win in the playoffs... and he chokes in late season important games... he's a loser.
How can this really be disputed?

Because a 6 game sample isn't as good as a 123 game sample? It's hard to believe I have more votes in your poll than you do.

Jesus are you serious? That's not just a 6 game sample it's a FOUR YEAR sample! You don't get a best of 7 in the playoffs in the NFL, it's win or go home. If you need a larger sample size he'd have had to win some fucking games. Let's not forget the late season games he didn't get into the playoffs because he botched a snap or a hold or whatever and cried his eyes out on the field...

Yuup. Hes a real winner.

Aren't you a fan of the Bears and which means you have watched Jay Cutler play?

Romo is a benign cancerous loser. Cutler is a malignant cancerous loser.

The Bears scouts were thinking of it but the GM said: "Cut that out!"
