Does anyone here do anything with permits required or granted by a municipality?

I need a couple of hours to explain the issue and will be happy to pay for it.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say the best Chicagoland lawyers are not on this board. Except maybe SpiralStairs.

May want to put a call into Willie Gary for a case like this. You will need to meet with him on his G8 (Wings of Justice) on the tarmac over by Palwaukee. You will be charged 5k an hour for his time and 2500k an hour for his two associates but it will be worth it.

I think Spada needs work because he spends a lot of time tweeting. Just get his advice, and do the opposite.

If Seacrest needed advice on how to throw a tantrum at Solider Field, I'm sure he would call Spada.

if you haven't already, meet with the mayor or a trustee of the village and complain... most will cave to whatever you want... happens all the time where the politician overrules the building dept.

Thanks Billy.

I started with the building department. They approved a permit allowing a neighbor to put on an addition and dump his rainwater on our lot. I spent most of Monday night keeping water out of our home.

I left a message for the newly appointed trustee yesterday. I'm giving her 48 hours to get back to me.
