I do feel a little bad for Mitch. Deep down he knows Bernstein is the scum of the earth.

Mitch just really isn't a good boss. He's a nice boss as Big Fan has said. Just not a good boss. Mitch is basically a good hearted meatball. Bernstein sensed this about him when he first met him and knew he could walk over him. Mitch let Bernstein get out of control. He really did. Others would have checked him long before it reached this point.

Granted, you don't think you'll get a Berntein in sports talk radio. How the hell do you figure this? You hire dumb ass white guys, they talk the sports daily, you count the money daily, everybody goes home to the wife and kids. Simple. Like he has with his current producers on the weekends.
