Danny was scolding a caller for not knowing what upper management of a company does. I texted in to ask if upper management suspends people for sexist comments. Haven't received a response yet.

That's the thing about his tweet, though. He didn't really say anything. He just insinuated to a reported story. So I don't think you can win that. That's how they get away with everything.

Like when Terry said "WE HAVE A NEW PIN CUSHION IN TOWN". He never said Cheryl Scott's name, but everybody knew who he was talking about cuz the story just broke on that website. So you couldn't get Terry in court for this either.

I'm saying he would have apologized if he was told to by Zimmerman. But he wouldn't have meant it.

I mean he's the guy that once said "I'm not the type to delete my tweets". But he deleted this one because he was told to. Maybe that was a mistake. A lawyer could say that admits guilt. Maybe Mitch and Zim told him to do that before consulting with lawyers. REALLY SMART LAWYERS.

Oh, and I think he said something horrible. Absolutely. I'm just saying in a court of law he didn't really say anything.

Maybe it went like that. But I think Big Fan made a good point. Once lawyers called the SCORE, Zimmerman was the one handling this. It was above Mitch at that point.

Didn't he make other comments regarding her though? Even if he talked around it, in context, it might appear to be pretty obvious who he was referring to and what he was inferring. I'm not sure if there's enough for a slander case, but she could sue anyway which would pretty well kill any national broadcasting aspirations he has. My guess is that she will remain quiet because she probably wants this to go away. I'm sure Bernstein is counting on this which is why I think he's gutless, bullying, turd of the highest order.

The suspension was handed down at CBS lawyers/NYC speed. This isn't so much about Scott's lawyers rattling a cage as it is ABC (#1 sports) taking on CBS (not #1) and CBS learning that they have a problem employee. In his own words of admonishment towards others he is little different and in more and more aspects more reckless/pathetic.
