This reporter tried to call Mitch and Bernstein's agent. He said they couldn't be reached. Mitch under the desk with the phone off the hook. 1st I've read where a reporter at least says he made the attempt to call management.

That's where Mitch and Zim are stupid and incompitant, actually. You can't suspend somebody without publically saying you suspended somebody. You're CBS. You have to let the public know that you think what your employee did was wrong. It's amazing that they don't. ESPN always tells the world when they suspend people.

The article is mostly just quoting Feder, who did try to reach Mitch.

Mitch and Zim just put CBS in jeopardy. They should not have suspended him from a business perspective. They reacted with out talking to REALLY SMART LAWYERS first.

I understand. 7 guys make big money at THE SCORE. Mitch and Zim do OK as management. So that's 9. Everybody else is 40k-60k per year. So they have to dummy up cuz they all have wives and kids. They're not gonna be a champion for a cause cuz they're all idiots that can't be big time media guys. They speak out, they're fired, then they have to do something else that isn't as easy as answering the phone. I get it.

But it's funny cuz if this was some other talk show host in another city, it would be hours of programming on how he's an ass hole. Even by the backup producers on the weekends. So that Bernstein does, indeed, win again.
