This is just another of Bernstein's many public humiliations.

Bernstein loses again.

So not even a "Sorry, dude." from Bernstein? That's bad. It's worse that the boss didn't make him say sorry.

The mere mention of Senor Clickbait outside of the CBS echo chamber is an overwhelming victory for our hero. He must be getting a shekel per click or something.

Maybe Bryant is just hitting tremendous amounts of young Wrigleyville/River North pussy after night games and he's not getting enough sleep. Or maybe he has some mild sleep apnea and doesn't use a CPAP because it turns off the young pussy he's hitting at night.

Funny part is Bernstein backed the cause up to "eye color" yesterday. Kind of hilarious really.

I laughed at that. What the fuck does eye color matter? Must have meant day vision or something.

He knew he was busted. Love hearing when someone is busted out wrong or lying and they try to back it down.

There was a study, I believe (Dan-oh), that suggested that blue-eyed players struggled during day games. I feel Hamilton was public enemy one.

Caught Bernstein defending Bryant in the 2:00 hour. He brought up his favorite stat WAR. He said Bryant is a 3.2 WAR player currently. While I understand that's wonderful, he has been bad a lot lately. He can't catch up to weak fastballs. The power is down, and the walks are gone.

Bernstein needs to read up on how WAR is calculated.... all he admittedly knows is the really smart baseball people use WAR in evaluating players... but bernstein has no idea what the number actually means. I think everyone has heard the simple definition.... 0 WAR =replacement level player..... but he doesnt even know what a replacement level player is or means. when past callers have called asking for help understanding WAR his std. response is I don't know the details.

Yesterday, Dan admonished a caller for suggesting that Bryant was a party animal and that's why he was in a slump...

WAR is hit or miss. I believe it works better for everyday position players than pitchers. It only becomes a telling stat in extremely large sample sizes.

But, with all statistics...you're going to get messed up if you use one and only one to make any declarations.
