I read with delight the stories reported in the WSJ. Ms. Kourana said, "We'll use my E600 pension for the next few days. I might even get some cherries for my grandson. He loves them."

I understand that, and do think the Euro has gone too far. It's just seemed to me that a common currency or at least a Canadian dollar pegged to the American dollar would be the natural conclusion of NAFTA and all that (obviously we couldn't get Mexico in on it; I'm not nuts).

I didnt read the whole thing, got to the key part "NOBODY ASKED FOR A CREDIT CARD"....it's almost too simple to accuse a country of being lazy, but thats what it has come down to in Greece. Everyone has a service job, they rely upon cash payments, they like to drink all night and party, then wake up around noon...and then have the government pay them and provide great retirement benefits.

They have been idiots the past 5 years. They arrive at meetings which are designed to talk about solutions for greece....once again, this is why the meeting is taking place...and sometimes they dont have any proposals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They want to hear what others are proposing....WOW......This is why it got to where it is today.....they about to be asked to leave the Euro...for basically being idiots...
