3 times he's gotten 2 strikes on a guy. Flowers wants it way high and he leaves it in the zone. Could have had 3 more strikeouts if he puts it where Flowers wants it cuz the hitters are in swing mode.

24,593 announced attendance.

1:54 minute game. Needed to be cuz they just beat the rain.

I'll let the fans slide a little because of the rain, but 24,953 as the announced crowd is still too low.

Really fun game to watch. Decent crowd for a Monday evening, and it was spirited crowd. Buehrle looks like he eats well in Toronto.

Since he left the Sox, he has 47 wins. In that same timeframe, Sale has 47 wins.

Labatts and poutine is a dangerous combination.

Buehrle currently on a base salary of $19MM...wow.

Fun game to watch.

Pardon my ignorance, but I need some help understanding the claim that all 4 Sox runs were unearned. I get the first run was unearned due to an error. I also get the 2nd run was unearned since Beckham reached 1st from an error. Following Beckham, however, Abreu and Eaton each hit singles and scored from the Melky double. Why were the Abreu and Eaton runs un-earned if they scored off of hits?

I didn't watch and don't know the situation, but I assume it is based on outs.

If three outs would have happened and the error caused an inning to continue, every run after that incident in unearned.

"A baserunner scores by any means after the third out would have been made except for an error other than catcher's interference"

the error would've been out #1. the next two guys made outs. that would've been 3 outs. inning should've been over.

If I were a Sox fan, yes.
