The NBA's moratorium period at the start of July every year is designed to allow the league to calculate the precise new salary-cap and luxury-tax figures for the coming season.

Bob Wolf, former agent....and Bruckheimer, both famous for shaking on a deal. Not saying they didnt sign deals, as I am sure others needed them to sign things, but i know most of their agency relationships were handshakes agreements. If you didnt want me around, you can leave, was the philosophy.

I'm sure he has. People usually do things like that because they have leverage and are trying to get more out of the deal. Becauseof state taxes Jordan is getting less.
