Honestly, I get in trouble for being too in favor of the employee most times. I keep getting told to be stricter and harsher.

When I was writing reviews as a tech team leader for Avaya, I was told, of the 10 employees I was reviewing, that 3 had to have failing grades. They reviewed technicians on a bloody bell curve. So even if there were 10 very good teammates, 3 were given failing grades, even if they were great at their jobs, simply because someone was required by policy to fail.

I do not live a sheltered life. I see all walks of life, all economic conditions. I've worked for families who didn't speak English but when I got to their door who gives a fuck what they're speaking when their house is 44 degrees and dropping because their furnace doesn't work?

LOL. Yeah, I use Bussmann fuses. Generally for Fused Disconnects... not very common anymore but the Aaon RTU's use a shit ton of them. I call them 12 gauge fuses. Look like shotgun shells.

FRN's are 250V, FRS 600V. Both are time delay, similar to slow blow.

This is getting really interesting. I've read a few articles on how both parties are scared to death of him being a real candidate.

To be clear...I don't like him. I think he's a bad person and would make a bad president. That being said, I also feel every other candidate is a bad person and would make a bad president.

What I'm enjoying is him absolutely exposing the Republican party for the disfunctional trainwreck that it is. I actually think he'll debate well with these clowns. If nothing else, it will be entertaining as hell.

He hasn't been bought by big banks and big business. His foreign policy isn't hawkish. He talks the talk, and walks the walk.

That differentiates him from all of the other candidates, including Hillary.

I'm not opposed to Bernie Sanders but I'm also not sold yet.
I like that he's an Independent.
I like that he’s keyed in on 2 of our biggest issues…income inequality and getting banks / corporations out of politics.

The problem is, I haven’t seen any real info on how he thinks this gets accomplished. I’d love to see him take Hillary down, but can’t for the life of me see that happening. That machine will squash Bernie.

Trump is the same idea is Perot, but way more powerful. Regardless of his meatball factor, the blunt, direct nature of Trump is going to be refreshing for a lot of people. If he can put a major dent or destroy the 2-party system, that would be a huge accomplishment. I’ll be sitting by with my popcorn. The test will be what skeletons they can find in the Trump closet.
