I only caught about 3 minutes of masterful morning magic show, but did he actually implement something new where guys text in their names, High School and year graduated?

Is this something that I just heard him do once or will it be ongoing?

Really is funny that somehow this is considered "Good Radio" by someone, anywhere, including Mike.

It seemed really lame when it began, but then the texters began using clever, usually dirty names which were occasionally funny.

So he's having random people text in their high school and year graduated?

Yeah, but with Patrick it was just the callers doing that to open their call. They went on with their call. With Pappy it's just about people saying their high schools from what I gather. That's all it is.

Pappy - Joe graduated from Joliet Catholic in 84. Tom graduated from Hersey in 95. Paul graduated from Lane Tech in 63. We gotta take a break. More after dese.

Well I played, but if you meant Basketball NO

Transferred to DePaul after doing enough drugs at U of A for most small families and got to play/practice with the Demons as especially those days, not really enough people on campus to even have a meat squad to simulate other teams.

Saw the ability of a Rod Strickland to hang in mid air and just pure quickness, also beat his as at Poker all the time, but somehow he always had some cash.

To be fair, I think he did the high school bit because he wanted all of the HS kids who trick or treated that came to his house and asked for him to send him a text message letting him know that they came by along with their HS. The best one was when someone texted in as kelly Kapowski from Bayside High and Fred's dumbass was like "Where is Bayside?"

Ah Marist - I remember costing them the ESCC title for baseball in 1992. They had the trophy at my school waiting for them and I cleared the bases in the 6th to take the lead we never gave up. Fun times.
