Last night he had Marshawn Lynch and Gronk on to play the new video game Mortal Combat X.
His clueless gamer segments are usually pretty good and this is the first time I remember him
having guest players in. Anyway it is his usual silly nonsense but there are some pretty funny
moments.

Conan is great. It's his guest line-up that usually sucks. Lately,I just watch the monologue and his nightly skit.

I can't disagree with you Jimmy. I DVR it and watch it before work. If I don't care for the guests I will
skip over them or just delete it after the monologue and skit like you mentioned. It has really been hit
or miss the last few months guest-wise.

so sad the way he was treated by nbc. he would be dominating all night shows by now if they just told him "dont worry, its your spot, take your time to adjust"

Conan O'Brien and his late-night show are no stranger to road trips, but this time it looks like he's pulled off a major one: filming in Cuba.

O'Brien spent the past weekend with his crew filming the March 4 episode of his TBS show in Havana, Cuba. It marks the first time a U.S. late-night show has filmed in the country since the embargo began in 1962.

so hey how did that whole "is conan going to revolutionize late night television as we know it?" thing work out?

can't say that i really watch, mainly because i spent most of that time watching colbert do a masterclass on the late night tv thing.... at least for the first few years. he got to testify before congress in character; that's gravitas man.

tho i confess that i didnt really watch consistently over the last 3+ years because i felt like i had saw him do the same thing way better before.... less pandering to the masses-y. i reckon the same thing could be said about conan, but hey when all the cards are down and the lawyers are paid you've got the masturbating bear locked and loaded ready to revolutionize the game as we know it! =D

Conan is an acquired taste. I enjoy his sense of humor the best. Some of it is stupid and some is funny. One of my current favorites is WikiBear... here is an example

T-Bone,
lol at Wiki-Bear,good stuff.

I also enjoy "overworked" Dancing Panda on Jimmy Fallon. One of his few shticks that crack me up.

Conan and Andy do a pretty good job with interviews but it isn't necessarily their strong suit. Preplanned skits
and gags they do well at. Last week Steven Yeun from The Walking Dead did one with Conan about going to a
Korean spa and it was pretty funny. It is over 10 minutes long so likely too long to watch at work but this is
an example of what he is good at and not necessarily funny to everyone.

Last night he had Lindsey Vonn on. Wow she was stunning. Not the prettiest but a great body.

First class attention whore. I can only imagine the degrading things Tiger made her do, knowing it was the only thing keeping her in the spotlight.

I don't know how you guys watch any late night shows. Boring, pre fabricated interviews with canned comedy bits. I could never understand why my grandparents watched Johnny Carson either

I watch none of those shows and never have. Awful TV. I would rather sleep.

I watch the next morning during breakfast, skip commercials and guests I don't care about. 15-20 minutes tops.

Father John Misty is the musical guest tonight. That should be solid.
