Trying this. Currently on day three. I'm sore as hell but feeling great otherwise. And you get to stare at this for 30 minutes a day. I thought the portioning out into containers would be a Tad Tedious, but it hasn't been all that bad. Just prepping my meals for the day, the night before.

:lol: Working on it. I'm still rewarding myself with a post-workout beer. We don't eat all that unhealthy to begin with, it's just our portions were way out of whack. I know it will take a few days to adjust. Seems like it will work out well when sticking to the routine.

It's a good simple plan.

Wife did it and continues to practice what it preaches. It works.

Nothing gimmicky or nuts or whatever, just basic diet, nutrition, proportions and even a little bit education.

Yeah, obviously you don't need everything accompanying it, but the lady had a baby two months ago and wants the weight to come off faster, so I'm joining her in the pursuit to resemble the SomeGuys.
