Well this looks 1st degree to me. Obviously no weapon, cops thought about shooting the kid, waited a bit, then unloaded their clips into him.

Dont really say what happened to the Cops, but I am glad they cuffed the kid after they shot him 9 times!

this is why i really like my new job. at some point, corporate protocol is pretty ridiculous. where i work is so lax i actually wish there was a little more regulation!

They're still employed as cops and even though the city paid $5M to the cops they didn't want you to see the video.

I don't get it. Even if the cops are scumbags. They know they're being recorded and they know it's gonna get out. So why do they not care that the murder will be shown to America and that they'll go to jail. Do they not watch the news on the other stories?

Was the fight in court because even though this was settled a couple years ago lets not inflame a new disturbance now in this CA town?

They didn't fire the cops or feel the need to press charges for shooting 2 unarmed men (killing 1). After the taxpayers paid the settlement the department believes that they didn't have to release the tape. This should be an issue.
