E Jax was the utimate mop up guy this year...and he actaully did OK , statwise, during those meaningless moments. he is a guy I would say his stats make him look much better than he is,

The guy never should have been signed. He was a .500 pitcher (1 game under) with a 4.40 ERA when they signed him. Why pay all that money for a 4th-5th starter, which is what he was? Unfortunately, he performed at a lower level than his career numbers indicated one might reasonably expect. Unlike many who now are claiming it was a bad signing, I said it before he was even signed. Big mistake. Thankfully they will finally free up the roster spot for someone (Soriano) who should actually have a role with the team and help win more games.
