Now she's pretty much B&B full time update girl. That was drinky's job for months. She replaced him. Now he's back to being a full time producer. Thus, BERNSTEIN'S SEXISM ENDED UP COSTING DRINKY.

Juli DiCaro is the NEW Terry Boers....may be able to write...but sure as hell can't talk. Terry can't put a thought together without sounding like a 'tard having a stroke. DiCaro makes nails on a chalkboard sound like STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN.

It's always the underlings that suffer for a boss's indiscretions. If that boss is valued by his superiors. Or feared in the case of Bernstein. Drinky, unfortunately, was the sacrificial lamb for "boobs".

But in the end the right decision was made for the wrong reason. Because drinky sucked at updates. Which is hard to do.

All it would take is one female ( or maybe a moe) to go to HR and claim harassment, or hostile work environment.

Mitch and Zim would hide under their desks.

Not only did Bernstein's sexism cost drinky updates, it cost the producers fun working the B&B show. No more frat house atmosphere around there. No more fun conversations off the air. No sexist or racist remarks which was probably common when it was just the boys. No more watching porn for Tani and drinky.

This Julie girl strikes me as somebody that's easily offended and ready to march into Human Resources. So now they can just talk about the weather.

Bernstein ruined everything for them!!!!!

The funny thing is Bernsie will turn it all around and shout what a great idea is the show is evolving.

It's just amazing the control and power the SOB has. He fucks up and drinky pays the bigger price. What was it really for Bernstein? Called into the office, a slap on the back in a room with cigar smoke with Mitch and Zim. Zim pouring 3 glasses of brandy.

Zim: Hey, we'll suspend you for one day and we'll hire a broad to eventually do updates on your show. Ya know, shows that we care.

Bernstein: But drinky has been our update guy. It would break his heart to lose that gig.

Zim: He's a dumb ass. He's like your callers. Fuck him. I don't even know why we still keep him. He'll go back to producing. We hire a broad to read the stupid updates. We'll look good. Like we care. The money keeps coming in. Everything is fine. Gets the media off our backs. Except for that SOB, Beardown. But we can survive him. Though I'll admit, he's been more of a pain in the ass then I ever expected.

Who says he even wanted to do updates? I'd rather produce than repeat the same "updates" every 30 minutes. And its not as if he doesn't contribute when not providing the updates. So, its prob a win for him?
