Big Fan hit it. Goff probably rolls into the studio at 8:55. Mic goes on at 9:02. So he's thinking about what to say in those 7 minutes cuz he hadn't really thought about it before 8:55. So it's "I'll just talk about what I did yesterday."

It's cool to talk about yourself if you have an interesting story. But Goff, Larry and Spiegel don't have any interesting stories. It's pretty much "I ordered a pizza last night and watched the game."

They really have just been lazy and that is the biggest issue. Show prep, do it.

The false claims of knowing bad asses or criminals certainly belongs on the list. Why does Goff to project this image of himself? To let people know that he has a dangerous side or life?

For me, though, it's the laughing and clapping. I'd estimate that if you broke it down, he's laughing more than not during any given show. Literally. I literally believe he's laughing more than half the time. A lot of times, he feels the need to punctuate the laughing with a clap. It's unbearable. Someone really needs to tell him to stop.

As we know Spiegs rolls in at 8:50 AM....and I understand why...he is a host...not a producer anymore, yet he has been a producer, so was Goff....and now it seems they make no effort to improve the show. They are present just to talk and not add to the show itself.

I have been getting a good dose of this show while driving around. Their "Guy Talk" blows but the nervous and or forced cackling and giggling drives me nuts! I try to play the dial but ESPN sucks so does 890,720,etc.

I like Speigs overall but I think Goff feels the need to be the clever wiseass every 4 minutes. Too much Bernsie in him I guess.

Goff has a ton of vocal crutches. He'll almost always end his point with 5-7 more words than necessary. Like, instead of "what's happening with Cole Hamels?' it'll be 'what's the deal with this Cole Hamels situation happening presently at the moment out there in the MLB conversation?'
