Castro has made some nice plays at SS,but his bat is almost non-existent. I don't know when was the last time he hit a ball off the wall,let alone a HR.

Totally right move. Thankfully this move was made now and proactive to Castro bubble head sending this season into the wind while wondering how bubbles are made or if he could catch one if it mattered in a playoff race.

I said at the end of spring training that Russell should be the everyday SS, so this is no surprise to me. That Coghlan is at 2B is a surprise. But I guess he played there before becoming an outfielder, so maybe not such a stretch and I like having his bat in the lineup rather than Castro's. Schwarber needed to go to LF on days he does not catch and quite frankly Montero is a far superior Catcher, so LF at this point is where he should be most days.
