Edit: Seriously I'm down to 190 from about 215. I'll probably be down to about 180-185 by the end of September. Now if I can find a way not to put on 30 lbs from October to March I'll be in great shape. Unfortunately I've never been able to.

You can start by sticking to your diet and not stuffing your face like a fucking fatso fatty.

You're better than that.

SomeGuy believes in you.

It's a problem with exercising. I don't really change my diet but every year I seem to lose the motivation to exercise around October. Because of your support I believe this year will be different.

I get the Fall malaise as well Nas. However Im starting later than usual this year with dropping 20lbs so Ill have to keep on keeping on well into the fall to accomplish it. That should do the trick.

Her dad likes to spoil the kids. We also went to Santa's Village. I had ice cream there.

Knocked down a 2 mile run on a pretty flat course about ten minutes ago. 19:15
Lugging 250 lbs I thought was a reasonable start. Keeping that pace for 6 miles is
what I need to work towards. Gotta start somewhere

Nice job!

Been in a holding pattern since June, yoyo-ing between 75 and 85 lbs. My last extended vacation of the year is over after this week, so looking to hit it hard again starting Monday.

Congrats. I've gone from 220 to 190 since April.

I stopped eating when I wasn't hungry. No snacks. And the laziest exercise of all time.

Sitting in my chair, drink on the side table, and lifting 10/20/30 lb barbells while watching TV all night. It's been effective though. Best I've looked in 10 years.

It's quite addictive to lift that way. I've done it for hours a day many times. Usually a minimum of 2-3.

Instead of barbells, just pour HUGE glasses of vodka.

I do both. Double-effective.

It's like a fail-safe kind of thing.

240 to 215.

Need 15 more to go.

I haven't been 200 since freshman year of high school. I was 5'5 then. Now I'll be 6'1 so it'll be a nicer look.

On week 5 of Focus T25. Only down 6 lbs but definitely a few inches off waist. I figure if I cant work out for 25 mins a day 5 days a week I may as well give up and get fat. Pretty good program for those that don't like the gym or eschew the outdoors for fear of skin cancer.

Thanks.

I have shirts I can wear, but I need to invest in some new pants. The few pair I been relying on are getting really really big.

Nice problem to have.

Jogging, workout, walking, running are all very effective for health and fitness and also for the body and skin since it burns the unwanted fats of fat cells. Meilleur Anti Cellulite, this will help you in health and fitness tips. Have a look once. Its related to health only.

I just haven't had the time to jog when I get home since school started. I have decided that I will get up extra early and go for a walk each day. I don't want to jog early for fear I will have to drop a deuce mid run or over exert myself for the day. Looks like I'll be posting in the Les thread more frequently.

I've been hitting the gym 5x a week since the middle of March. At my heaviest I was 205, I dropped down to 183 and have been building more muscle. I don't do as much cardio as I probably should be as I'm strictly lifting and will hit the bike a few times a week. Been on a steady diet during the week and have been allowing the weekends for my "cheat" day. I've been taking creatine and whey protein daily, the mass I've put on definitely shows, I'm probably in the best shape I've been in since my playing days in college.

Baseball

Even then, we didn't do so much lifting as we did cardio and leg work. Alot of foul poles and uphill runs...ughh...hate it just thinking about that shit.

I've gone from 220 down to 188 since April.

First time I've been under 190 in a millennium...at least this one.

I feel like I'm 63 again.

I woke up early for my first day of walking. I didn't want to do it. My wife decided she would like to walk with me (unsolicited). She treats it as a destination event where we will walk to Starbucks (even though I don't drink coffee). All I wanted to do was walk listening to sports radio on the very dark bike path. I guess we bonded.

on to week two of couple bonding

Two skunks crossed our path. She screamed like we were being attacked. I'm sure the neighborhood was cool with being woken up at 5 am. Then, every cute and fuzzy bunny was suddenly a potential predator.

As we were ending, there was another couple walking down the street. I said, "who are those two old people?". They have kids in my kid's class...just send me to the nursing home already.

This isn't exactly what I signed up for.
