Striking out way too much. He's selling out for homers. I believe it's a big reason his BABIP sucks. It's not a case of hitting them hard at people but rather bad contact when it's not a HR.

I get so confused sometimes. Is this guy Babe Fuckin' Ruth or a fat turd with no position who strikes out too much? Would THE INQUISITOR please let me know?

When he has a good 14 games stretch he's a perennial All-Star and when he has a bad one he's just a poor rookie learning his craft. Who ya crappin'?

he is a key world series piece. he's not a finished product but his pedigree and upside dictate the expectation of an all-star.

right now he's in a funk as this is likely his time experiencing failure hitting as a pro-baseball player. he's still learning how to counteract the adjustment pitchers make.

he'll be fine.

His pedigree? He isn't a fucking racehorse. Nobody thought this guy was all that until The Great Theo Epstein drafted him. Then suddenly he was a top, top guy. I think the realistic approach isn't to believe the last 14 games are who he is as a player, but the first 14 games aren't either.

And how can he be a World Series piece when no Cub fan is predicting a World Series? Do you expect him to be traded?

at both AA and AAA this year his BA was above .320, his OBP over .400 and a walk rate over 10%. that's good!

How many All-Star position players has K.Williams drafted/scouted? Theo is a far superior drafter/scout then K.Williams. Also, Trayce was a second round pick and not projected to do much of anything in the majors. Lil Ruth was one of the top 5 players in the country! You don't see us excited about fucking Jake Stinnett or Mark Zagunis! Stupid Sox Fans
