Well, if you look up underachiever in the dictionary, you will see Soler's pic. This guy has been a huge disappointment this season. Was supposed to be 20 HRs, and he will be lucky to get to 10. Kept hearing during the spring that he was Vlad, with plate discipline, bullshit.

Maddon can take the blame for this shit tonight. Using Motte and Russell when the game got closer can't happen. Motte shouldn't be used again this season, unless down 20. The team wins 9 in a row, then loses 3 in a row to 2 shit ass teams.

Ross shouldn't take another at bat all season. He can stay on as bench coach or advisor, but there is no reason for him to play. Even with his boy catching, Lester can't get you 3 innings.

It's Baseball.....teams are gonna have high's and lows. A 9 game winning streak, 15/16....now a 3 game losing streak most likely. Just have to minimize the lows and ride the high's as long as possible. This is unfortunate, but no big deal. Hammel not getting past the 5th inning in several starts of late is my only real concern. He was their most consistent pitcher over the first couple months this season. Right now, he's awful. Any talk of Lester over Arrieta in a wild card game should be gone now.
