So they changed since the policy had no teeth which was my original inference. Must not have read that issue of the cub reporter.

Playoff rosters only have 25 people on it. But they can be anyone from the 40-man roster as long as they were on the 40-man roster prior to September 1st.

I am sure IMU will prove me wrong but someone from the 25 man roster would have to be injured for a person to get on the postseason roster and that person would have to come from the 40 man roster is the way I was just reading it.

This changed a couple years back. You're wrong.

Sounds good I was wrong, you should learn to admit that more also, because with all of the messages I have been getting you are not very well liked yourself.

I personally like IMU, but at times just think he seems to want to be a know it all asshole on the board. I will continue to interact with him and would love to sit down and have a beverage and talk about his all time favorite man crush Castro.

If you like him then who are these people telling you that they don't in secret?

I don't need to name names, nobody does. It doesn't do any good to do it. IMU earlier in the thread about Spanky said he had all kinds of people telling him how they don't like Spanky and agree with IMU, did he name them?

Why does he need to name the names?

People were calling him a liar about it. Are you a liar too?

UPDATE

BP just put out the Top 101 for 2016.... and that Theo Plan still looks like a dismal failure ... I mean only 5 guys graduate from the 2015 TOP 101 so the cupboard has to be empty .... I guess these guys at BP still are clueless otherwise they must be be idiots looking for a job in MLB...

Best Prospect in a Chicago farm system

19. Tim Anderson SS.... although Hahn traded 6 others (none of whom made the list) Hanh at least has ONE guy still on the list...the rebuilt farm system is on it's way

Other Chicago farm guys
41. Gleyber Torres SS
57. Wilson Contreas C
67. Iam Happ 2B
74. Bully McKinney OF
83. Albert Almora OF
91. Julio Eddy Martinez OF

Obviously those 6 are all busts ..because we all know "ALL CUBS PROSPECTS FAIL.... ALL THE TIME.
The promise of a continued flow of talent was all part of Theo's CON JOB!!!

Too high.

I thought Torres and Contreras would be higher. Torres might be further off and that is hurting him but Contreras is MLBPipeline's #1 catching prospect... 57 overall?

BP has always been a little off the reservation. MLBpipeline is kind of stupid though. Anderson is a top 10 SS, probably a top 50 prospect. Thats where he belongs.

Today ESPN's Kieth Law released his 2016 farm system ranks.... the Cubs even after promoting Bryant, Schawber, Russell have slipped from the number 1 spot all the way down to 4th behind only the Braves,Dodgers and Twins. The Cubs have only 6 prospects in Law's Top 100 obviously the con job continues.

His recap:

"They graduated Kris Bryant, Kyle Schwarber and Addison Russell but are still loaded with talent, albeit most of it unlikely to help before 2017. The system has long been light on arms, but there's some pitching coming if you squint hard enough into the distance."

Meanwhile other local teams:
5. Brewers 4 Top 100 up from 2015's 28th place rank.
22. Down from 12th in 2015 and with 1 Top 100 prospect is TEAM 2005. The long KHAHN year 4 of the 3 year reload.
