The whole concept of Just Enough home runs is coming up with an answer and then searching for whatever question fits the answer.

However, you know who else is on roughly the same pace as lucky Abreu? Kyle Schwarber.

12/25 for Abreu.
6/13 for Schwarber.

So, I guess Schwarber suffers from the same fate of not being a good home run hitter.

I agree with you. Schwarber's home run pace cannot be maintained over any long stretch.

I didn't see any but follow baseball enough to know this is why it took him 50 years to make the HOF.

when cubs fans get on their rizzo > abreu grizzly i can't help but feel like they're compensating for something. i dont know what tho.

but hey this is the onset of the cubpacalypse.... its not enough for the cubs to actually be #WeAreGood but they have to first let the sox fans know that superpud > that cuban sensation from 2014, and then they gotta puff their chests out and let the rest of baseball know THIS IS HOW [YOU] DO IT </montell jordan> and etc.

so if there are any cubbie occurrences starting with, say, game163/WC this year..... well hmm.... is anyone on the board here known to yell out KARMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for no good reason? (i wanted to yell it out when they took joe nathan 2 picks b4 i took joakim soria in this year's draft but c'est la vie, no? =)
