Fox news reporting tonight that Carson went after Trump for his lack of humility and insincerity of faith. Good timing unloading on him before the next debate, when such questions will be further raised about Trump. Trump responded via twitter by saying that he is running number one with Evangelicals. But the error of his logic is that his polling does not validate or legitimatize himself as a Christian.

If Trump is foolish enough to fight Carson on the grounds of Christianity, he's going to get clobbered. It's not a topic he can win on at all. And if he counter-punches the same way he has done with Megyn Kelly and other GOP candidates, that too will be regarded as anti-Christian, where evangelical voters will see him for the fraud he is. Trump's demagoguery is going to back-fire before all is said and done.

The error of your logic is claiming to be a christian and telling gay people to go to hell.

There's enough posters here already who claim they can make their own morality. Let God judge where people should go.

If she thought they were going to heaven would she still deny them a marriage license?

You have nothing.

There is a quote where she speaks to having to obey her conscience. None that i can find condemning gay people.

When you find one, pass it along. Until then...still nothing.

if kim davis was a muslim who objected to doing her job do you think there'd be the same kind of media-buzz/consequences/etc?

i think recently some muslim lady flight attendant refused to serve alcohol claiming religion and she got suspended, which off the top of my head i'd have to assume is kind of rare because for whatever reason/s it seems to be generally accepted that islam is a bit more serious / "not fucking around" than christianity, and people seem to be way more willing to "give in" to the musim viewpoint/s for whatever reason/s (white guilt?)

Carson is that perfect brand of anti-abortion fanatic who performed research on aborted fetuses and subsequently built a career (an illustrious one, at that) on such research.

He is this cycle's Herman Cain. Trot him out there, so the GOP can say that they have a black friend.

Where did Kim Davis say that gay people are going to hell?

By not issuing the license she's clearly speaking what her/god's thoughts on the matter are.

You still haven't answered my question. And I know an answer will not be coming.

Are you for real?

How can I answer a question for Kim Davis? Especially after you already judged her before waiting for an answer?

Here's an actual quote from her D-bg.

Does that sound like a person casting gay people into hell?

Can we only judge her if she makes some Tim Hardaway-esque statement like, "I hate gay people"?

We clearly know her thoughts on the matter. If you disagree, make the case that she believes gay people can go to heaven.

How many gay marriage licenses did she issue on the day she made that statement?

So is your argument (in the most lax interpretation possible) that people should refuse to perform any activity that they would interpret as a sin?

Of course not because you already judged her, without a Hardawayesque statement.

And now I'm supposed to help you disprove YOUR statement that YOU made that has no basis in fact?   That's a joke right?

If you're going to make completely ridiculous, irrational, ignorant, and cowardly statements that every other human being on this board mocks you for, at least have the self-awareness not to act like your statements are even remotely smart (the lol's, in case you're confused). The only thing that separates your thoughts from those of 312players is that 312player doesn't take himself seriously (he wins).
