This shot goes out to one the best one hit wonder hip hop songs of all time. "Times Up" by O.C. is about four minutes of unadulterated heat for true hip hop fans.

After an unplanned hiatus, we return to pay tribute.

It's Cappadonna with.....

Slang Editorial.

I came to the fork in the road and went straight
Right out the crack vile to the Golden Gate
See the silver spoon in my mouth, it had cake
My rap birth date, debut song was ice bait
Read it like a novel, Donna Cappa Goines
Striving my duns need dollars and coins
Whether in New York or Compton Californs
I come correct, twenty two outfits and a mic check
One derby, Cappachino the great
Sitting at the table where the Gambinos ate
Building, Wu-Tang Clan concentrate
Bounce on a track Donna crack it like a safe

Another example of U-God shining bright. A Wu-Tang classic,

It's Yourz.

Yo, super freak physique. like Raphael Saadiq
Baby love the ganja leaf, everday of the week
Super friends wake up, deluxe gourmet beats
The night is right, I might find me a suite
It's a quarter full moon, now I ride with my swoon
Well groomed, dance hall packed, full room
Lady move, peep my glide, peep my zoom
Keep in stride, smoke the lah smoke the boom
Feel the fumes, consume toxic tunes
Hell bound, species forty ounce typhoon
The ultra-violet scream machine move your body touch
The totem pole wobble Ark builders God rush
Beams of light, stop ya breathin -- it's huntin season
Honey eye-ballin down for no reason
Grab her close, play post, wind and wax floors
Never mind the laws, cause tonight
It's Yourz

Another Tony Touch classic......

The Abduction.

[Inspecta Deck]
Off top my unorthodox style of attack
Is like Hannibal rollin on elephant's backs
Pack a long barrel, bustin off strong ammo
My light so vast I cast twenty foot shadows
First family, fifth cappo, micro to macro
Load it in ya head play it back slow
Act like you know, this is no drill
Murderous rap revealed goin for kill
On these New York city sidewalks we walk
Camoflauge, dodgin the eyes of the hawk
Kani Sport, totin the fifth, slidin off
My live source movin across with brute force
Bloodsport, anymore heads face the blade
Fakers must fade, the stakes are now raised
Words of murder, suspense, and intrigue
Make major league niggas show signs of fatigue
My Killer Bees span wider than seven seas
Squeeze on MC's, with bullet train speed
Tony's touch create more gold than Midas
Ya highness, all in ya head, like ya hair stylist

One could argue this is the greatest Rap song of all time. I would be that one.

And if you don't think this is the greatest beat in all of Hip Hop, then I'll fight you. And that's no lie.

4TH Chamber

[RZA]
Aiyo, camouflage chameleon, ninjas scaling your building
No time to grab the gun, they already got your wife and children
A hit was sent from the President to raid your residence
Because you had secret evidence and documents
On how they raped the continents and lynched the prominent
Dominant Islamic, Asiatic black Hebrew
The year 2002 the battle's filled with the Wu
Six million devils just died from the Bubonic Flu
Or the Ebola virus, under the reign of King Cyrus
You can see the weakness of a man right through his iris
Unloyal snakes get thrown in boiling lakes of hot oil
Up boils your skin, chickenheads getting slim like Olive Oyl
Only plant the seed deep inside fertile soil
Fortified with essential vitamin and minerals
Use the sky for a blanket, stuffing clouds inside my pillow
Rolling with the Lamb, Twelve Tribes a 144, 000 chosen
Protons Electrons Always Cause Explosions

I know, Rza's verse is awesome right?

I love Ghostface and his verse is great, but when it always shows up on the "great guest verse" lists, Im like...its not even the best verse on the song

At times, the RZA ventures into greatest lyricist of all time territory.

Back before he was internet meme, Xzibit knew what he was doing with a mic in his hand.

Chamber Music

So now Xzibit got a little money, I think it's funny
How motherfuckers think I'm supposed to share like Sonny
Clarify, you don't work you don't eat, I repeat
You don't eat you get weak, catch a fragile physique
Accomplish more in one day than you can do in a week
The X-Man, Wolverine, one swing to make the cut clean
End of all things manifested in flesh
Fuck the game, I take the test, graduate, pass to the S-Class
Catch a roadrash, all you smell is hash
Chronic mix, bumping the Liks
Addicting like a Heron fix
Bear-arm from here to a hundred-twenty meters
Get black-balled, modern day Lee Harvey Oswald
The assassin, brother who came blastin'
Take it without askin', rappers is all fashion
Xzibit keep mashing through
Got any last words? I got two
Try "fuck" and "you", like that

ozomatli - cut chemist suite

and a special bonus... the other ozomatli (live band) track with charli 2na (deep voiced MC from jurassic 5, who is still the only band who has gotten me to watch the palladia channel for more than 10mins at a time!)

ozomatli - super bowl sundae

fixed it. it's kind of a straightforward track that doesnt really hit OMFG levels, but getting xzibit and nas in 2002 was some shit.

Maybe I'm biased, but I always felt B-Real has one of the best voice in Rap and DJ Muggs deserves to be seated at the table with the other top producers in Rap history.

Here's Cypress Hill with....

I know these two are high on a lot of people's list of guys they want to sucker punch over and over again, but damn what a collaboration they put together.

Here's Kanye West, ft. Adam Levine with .....

i see some redman made it in this page, and one thing i love about redman is that in his vintage 90s albums (all the way up to 2001's malpractice) is that tracks 13-end were typically all straight up slappers where he'd just snap all the way til the LP's end.... and at his core redman can rap... i know his punchline rapper status will get me some odd looks, but at his peak this guy was top 5-10 alltime easily.

redman - da bump

btw, anyone who listen to this will know where tanny gets one of his hiphop instrumental drops for b&b rejoins
