I would say we could comfortably file this away with WNBA and Brittany Griner. She's about 5' 6" 130 or so pounds? She's also of the female sex. The only men she's taking are beta-twinks and those that are so far out of shape that they couldn't walk up a flight of stairs.

If weight is even I'd still give it to the male if they are even decently in shape.

Yeah, I was taking size into consideration, but I guess I didn't think about how relatively small she actually is. 130 pounds is tiny. I have to disagree on the pound-for-pound, though. She could take most - not all - men of the same size. She's built like a man, and most 130 pound men are likely wearing Prada shoes and neatly-ironed skinny jeans.

But I think you aren't fully taking into consideration the gulf in physical abilities between male and female. If those men her size had any training whatsoever she'd lose and lose badly. Untrained but in shape I'd say she may very well lose more than she wins. Not saying she'd wouldn't knock around some dudes but biology and testosterone are not walking through that door for her.

She's having her moment of Fame and making the most of it and that's great but there is a reason she isn't signing contracts to fight in the male division of UFC or whatever other MMA company.
