Dalton was also the original Jon Taffer

Dalton: You're going through a bottle every 30 minutes, you're skimming the till for 6 shots a bottle. On drafts, 1 every 10.
Dalton: [to Tilghman] I figure he's costing you about 150 a night.
Pat McGurn: [smiles at Dalton] So?
Dalton: So consider it severance pay. TAKE THE TRAIN.

[Dalton walks in on Steve having sex with a girl in the supply closet]

Dalton: Yo, Steve! You're history.

Steve: But I'm on my break!

Dalton: Stay on it.

Disagree.

I'm not underestimating anything either, I'm giving it the weight it deserves within the context of our conversation. Also, the Brock Lesnar thing is just silly. Is that really where we are going with this? She'd "destroy" any untrained male that wasn't ~6' 4" and 270lbs?

C'mon man.

Yes, she would. I can gather from this exchange that you aren't very familiar with mma.

FF is exactly right here. She would destroy any man that was not a trained fighter.

A couple years back there was a lady in our area who had trained in MMA stuff for several years. She had a little demonstration thing at an event. A guy who had been in the marines, fairly athletic was a part of the demonstration. This lady beat the crap out of this dude in no time and had him submitting.

If some lady like that could to it, Rousey would destroy someone.

Were they fighting or was it just wrestling?

I know you shouldn't make fun of blind people or speak ill of the dead, but there is one particular scene,
(my wife said it's toward the beginning, but I couldn't find it on YT, I think where Dalton shows up to the double Douche, and one of the meathead villain toughguys says "Who's this guy?", and Jeff Healy is sitting on the porch and says (paraphrased), "Oh him, THAT'S DALTON. It was just the look on his face and the delivery of the line that has always made me laugh out loud....

Roadhouse is an American Treasure.
Jim Rome had a couple epic takes on it on yesterday's show......

We aren't talking about play fighting during a demonstration.
