Let's not go crazy yet, any game plan looks good without Cutler TOs.

Forte has to make that catch.

Three downs to run it in from the two with Forte and you don't run it once.

I don't understand not running on 2nd and goal at the two. I DON'T GET OFFENSIVE COORDINATORS!!! The odds of not scoring on three run plays from two yards away are so slim. PISSED OFF!

And the highest paid player in the NFL strikes again. Fucker.

Not running the ball close to the goal line makes no sense whatsoever. You dont want Jay to have to make a play, especially given his performance VS Green Bay.

Kyle Fuller is fucking terrible.

We could have picked Mosley.

Good game. Bears will be decent as long as they can keep the ball in Forte's hands and not Cutler's.

I am just glad it wasn't an embarrassment and Cutler's int wasn't to a defensive lineman.

I loved CJ at 'Bama and stilll cant believe we passed on him. He would be in Sheas place now as the QB of the D, and he knows 3-4 D.

Jay Cutler is the worst QB who ever lived.
Rodgers is the best QB who ever lived.
Bears need a short yardage back so you don't have to pass 6 straight times inside the 10.

Take it easy Hatchetman. Cutler played really ok.

It was a coverage interception. Matthews came from the other side unexpectedly. Not really Cutler's fault.

True, heartbreaking loss. But there is something to look forward to here. Rematch will be a good one.

A Jim Miller-coached Bears team wins this game by 30+.

One thing is for sure: Jim Miller would not have let them run the ball three times from 2nd and goal. Needed a Fox override there.

Under.

Not trying to be negative, and the Bears looked much better for sure, but they really had a ton of factors in their favor today...

- completely new coaching staff which had been preparing for this game specifically for a long time.

- the new coaching staff and this team have zero regular season fil available to gameplan against.

- the Packers clearly don't respect the Bears

- Packers made some uncharacteristically bad penalties in the first half that kept it close

... and despite all that, they still lost by one touchdown, at home, including a gimme at the end.

I also think we will find out in the coming weeks that Green Bay isn't that good and their defense is particularly bad. The fact that the Bears moved the ball well was a combination of execution and bad defense. Sam Shields was awful.

They will be better, but I'm still going under 7.

cutler is fucking terrible. the game would've been over in the first quarter had he fumbled the ball a milisecond earlier. that pick was horrendous. that other throw that hit the defender in the chest at the goal line. OH MY GOD!

Yes. They had ~6 months to plan for this one; only ~6 days for the rest of them.

I'm not down on them like I was like last season - e.g., it's never going to get better; I expect it to get better, just not soon. That's something I guess.

When it dropped to 6.5 I was thinking there's no respect at all... it was amazing. Thought maybe they thought Jeffery was injured worse than we thought.
