That is the big problem though. Cutler is good enough to keep them out of the top 5 picks which makes it harder to find a quarterback.
You don't want any veteran to come in and be better. You want a young quarterback who may become an elite quarterback. This is even more important if you are correct and the problem with the Bears is 14 other places.

Cutler has been good enough to keep his job but not good enough to result in anything worthy of celebrating. When exactly should we expect the Jay Cutler era to finally take off and result in something tangible?
