I think the lesson is never hold onto a qb that cant keep the ball. If he is prone to throwing interceptions, even at a young age, he will always do that. Hell even brett farve never grew out of that... It was just his unbelieveable ability that overcame the problem in the rarest exceptions. Next qb that cant throw to his own team should be cut the first year.

Did you know he sucked in 2009? Given the knowledge at the time, Angelo absolutely did the right thing. We all know/agree that if you've got a top five QB under center, you've got an easier path to the SB than most other teams. At the time there was little reason to doubt Cutler couldn't become that guy.
