We do a lot of work for people that have stupid money and live on Lake Michigan Bluffs and/or Ravines a lot away from the lake. There is always a staff of people. Nanny/Maid, Driver/Personal Assistant. In my experience, these people are usually of European descent. "Advanced Au Pairs" if you will.

We did a land locked lot in Winnetka where the construction budget to remodel an existing house, add a pool, and do a ton of landscaping...was $40M.

FORTY MILLION DOLLARS!!!

for a house they already owned...
