While they did improve each year, and are now a very good team, they did tank to get higher draft picks. Are you doubting that?

Let's get the Anti Cub narrative regarding the post-season out of the way now.

If they lose the Wild Card game it'll be...

They arent a year early...they are just better than they assumed. None of this year early shit.

Gonna need 2 Pitchers and a leadoff man next year.....and tons of Bullpen help!

1 game means nothing...WIN or LOSE....To go into a series and beat ST Louis, with this Garage Sale of a backend of a staff, thats something else.

Would also like to see the Minor league produce some pitching to help next year towards the end of the season. Theo and Jed inc have been very lacking in that dept...
