I still think Olt can be a player.

In my wed night softball league, I agree.

While some guys can develop late, he is 27 and has been given multiple chances. Actually a very good defensive 3B and from all accounts a very good dude to have around, just didnt cut it against MLB level pitchers. Working with Harold Baines should straighten him out though.

Multiple chances sounds like more than he's had. Half season with Cubs and three weeks with rangers.

If he can hit 230 hell stay in majors

I think he'll have to do more than that. My guess would be that if he's given 500 at-bats he hits 30 home runs and strikes out about 220 times. I don't believe he can hit enough outside the homers to get 500 at-bats.

He better be putting up 25-30 and 85-100 then.

yeah well he was on a 20+ homer pace when he was batting .180, so if he raises it 50 points...

Micah Johnson coming back. Maybe now we have seen the last of Bacon. Angers me the last few weeks whenever I see him get playing time. What a waste. The kids can play now, or not.

Johnson should be the DH. why is this so hard to figure? Dude could probably hit .280, .340 OBP. he'd be great. but noooooo. we gotta play laroche.

.204/.283/.315 striking out in 33% of his PA's and 5 errors (6 in my book). Right on line with his "career" numbers. He sucks and is wasting everyone's time.
