I didnt know that but a few weeks ago at the campground we were trying to come up with State capitals drunk around the campfire (party all the time) and we got 46. Montpelier got the biggest reaction when I pulled it.

He wasn't arrested for his behavior. He was arrested for being part of a banned organization.


The article states that he has been arrested numerous times, and convicted of staging illegal demonstrations. Despite your attempt to argue semantics, I am still correct.
