It is unfortunate for an innocent person to be punished w/ suspension. It's much worse to ignore rape accusations. Something's gotta give.

God damn. I've heard Julie say this and Bernstein repeat it.

Bad analogy Julie.

There is nothing to be gained by lying about being mugged. I mean your wallet and credit cards are gone and maybe $100 bucks or so. So you gotta get a new ID, credit cards and your not gonna get the cash back cuz muggings are never solved. The victim in these cases know that. It's not like they're gonna lie about this.

There is something to be gained by claiming rape. Once again, I believe most of them are true. But not all. But I do believe 100% of people who say they were mugged. Because there is nothing to be gained about lying about that. It's not gonna be solved for the most part. Where with rapes, they're gonna get the accused guy to stand trial. Most women know the guy that raped them. Nobody knows the guy that mugged them. He takes the wallet and he's gone. Nobody is gonna take the time to report a mugging if it didn't happen. For what? Paper work, time at the police station and knowing your not gonna get the wallet back? Why is that difference so hard for Julie to understand?

So when Julie says this, what is she saying? No trial. Believe the accuser and lock all of the accused with no questions or trial?

I guess if you remove yourself from Kaner and this particular case it is dangerous in society to punish people not yet charged. Teachers, politicians, professionals and even other pro athletes. If I was Bellechick and I was playing the Packers and had two weeks before the Super Bowl I would pay a bimbo to just claim Aaron Rodgers raped her to get him suspended from the game. Well that wouldn't work now would it...

Chirst, you can't discuss this with them or Bernstein (But he's a phony about it) without them saying you're "pro rape" or a "fan boy".

That was my earlier point BF. I am all for shield an alleged rape victim but in fairness why not shield an alleged perpetrator as well like in this case until charges are in fact filed? I realize there are obvious violent cases where and an immediate arrest and incarceration are going to be known. Is there really any reason the public knows that this happened or Kane is the target until an actual charge is filed?

I do agree with Spain as I've said though. He should not be with the team. But I've heard or read her on other issues and she really is about "Men vs. Women" in her mind all the time. Big Fan even said people at ESPN 1000 are scared to debate her cuz she's quick to call you a sexist over every issue. She's always looking for a battle of the sexes fight. Real or imagined. I'm guessing mostly imagined.

Not at all. You're the perfect women and I would never stare at your boobs. I would always make eye contact and listen to your every word.

But I would be one of those that would avoid talking to Julie and Spain if I worked with them. Because I think they are out for blood and it's just not worth it in a work environment like Big Fan said. I'd debate them if I didn't work with them.
