From my point of view this is the best ending for Bernsie and the clones. They all went hard that no one would make up a complaint and they certainly would never think of the mom stuff. Now they have to save face and deal with it. How they do that is anyone's guess. I would assume shift and divert.

Well, the conventional wisdom is that accusing a man of tape is so harrowing for the alleged victim that most women wouldn't lie about it. And I'm sure that's true, but "most" is a lot different than "all". And there are a lot of crazy fuckers out there. Of both genders. Who knows what motivates people to do what they do? Ask Gary Dotson or the Duke laceosse team if women never lie about rape.

The best example was that Rolling Stone kerfuffle last year. A woman invented a gang rape, and stuck to the story for years, and was willing to relay the story to a national publication, and it turns out the whole thing was an effort to get the sympathy of a boy she was attracted to. It'd literally be unbelievable to me, had it not actually happened. But it did happen. You can't just assume guilt because it's improbable the accuser made it up. You have to see how it plays out. Period.
