Funny, she's no longer a practicing attorney, but her twitter and her columns act as though she is.

Here's my biggest issue with DiCaro. If you believe every accuser deserves the benefit of the doubt, fine. I may disagree, but I understand where you're coming from. But once the accuser fakes a rape kit, the benefit of the doubt has to shift to the accused.

DiCaro - a FORMER lawyer - decided to interject herself into this case. Specifically offering misleading or downright false information via tweets. HF Boards is documenting it.

She is NOT a lawyer. Her job is to read the updates for about 20 seconds an hour. Something she does badly.

She chose to jump into the water. It doesn't excuse dipshits, but those dipshits would be nowhere to be found if she just kept to her CURRENT job - bad sports update reader - and waiting to rush to judgment.

I didn't think it was possible to dislike a Score 'personality' more than Bernstein. I now do.

But seriously, I think you mean 'Caller Bob'. No, she shouldn't be called a whore or Caller Bob. She should be called other names though - a meddler, unethical, unprofessional. She has crossed the line from opinion to actions that are unethical at best, potentially sue-worthy. She's crossed a line in a very serious legal matter.

Remember we are talking about a woman whose job is read Cubs scores for about 15 seconds an hour a few times a day. She's overstepped her bounds and represents a brand. There should be repercussions for that.

I think this is simple-minded BS.

You can say that about any event at any time that you didn't personally witness.

If he was charged and convicted, would we know exactly what happened? Maybe, maybe not. However, people would say that we do know that he raped the girl. And, while that would most likely be correct and this is what I would think, you can't say for certain.

So, how does the inverse, that he wasn't charged or convicted, mean that we don't know. I would think it would be the same in that we should say that he didn't rape the girl and, while that would most likely be the case, of course you can't be certain.

There was no scenario where you would know exactly what happened barring a full confession or video evidence from Kane. But, the implication here is that something did happen and we don't know when it should really be that probably nothing happened because we don't hold the evidence to think otherwise.
