I do know why they repeat Bernstein on serious matters. Because Bernstein labels people. People suggesting this women might be after a money grab are labeled fan-boys or pro rape. If you don't agree with him that 100% of rape accusers are telling the truth, you're labeled a slut shamer and part of the rape culture.

So Goff, Larry and the rest of them hear Bernstein declare this. And they don't want that label. So they repeat him out of fear. Instead of saying "Dan, what the Mom did now makes me think that perhaps the girl is a liar and the the entire family might be in on a money grab together. I mean they hear Bernstein rip a caller in half for saying the above. So no way in hell are they gonna say it.
