The moment everyone’s been waiting for (probably), could be about to come to become reality – because of a legal loophole.

Jennifer Lopez’s sex tape, the subject of a complicated six-year legal battle, may now be released after the singer withdrew her claims while the case was in arbitration, The Mirror reports.

The tapes were recorded by her first husband Ojani Noa, and include footage of their honeymoon. The pair married in February 1997, splitting up 11 months later.

Noa’s business partner Ed Meyer told Touch magazine:

We are going to produce a DVD and also have a streaming release of the J.Lo home video footage.

There is revealing video of her with a lack of clothing and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel footage from the honeymoon.
He went on to say that the footage will ‘shock her fans’, and that he has ‘unfinished business’ with J-Lo.
