THey get in the special teams, in punt formation, and he says he agrees with the decision to punt.

I always wonder this about stupid guys like Simms. Do you think he's aware that he's stupid? Does he isolate himself and not hear the noise on the interent? Does he not hear the stupid stuff he says played back for him?

DOES PHIL SIMMS KNOW HE'S STUPID?
