ok, so reading that news story that was just posted lemme try to piece together a plausible story of what really happened that night:

KANERRRR at some bar and meets this chick. they get drunk together. she's prolly wanting some NHL schlong so she somehow gets the opportunity to go back to le chateau kaner and get some NHL schlong. she goes over, prolly wanting to get fucked by a NHL player.

she gets there and some of kaner's buddies are there and everyone is shitfaced. she ends up becoming a party favor who gets passed around to a bunch of guys, but it's possible that KANERRRR either just made out with her some (with or without kinky shouldr-biting foreplay) and she's grabbing onto kaner and kissing him, hence how she got some of his DNA On her shoulders and under her fingernails. KANERRRRR possibly just fucks around with her and passes the drunk skank (in the bros' eyes) off to his friends cuz she didnt meet his standards or he was too drunk or whatever. rough/ish group sex goes on where she's passed around between a bunch of guys and effectively used as a "cum dumpster" and KANERRRRR possibly was part of the train (thus making it the KANE TRAIN!!!! ha, remember that guy who ran for president?) but it's also possible that he withdrew for whatever reason and just handed her off to his buddies, which i'll assume is quite possible cuz i'm theorizing after being passed around and used as a cum dumpster she got pissed off cuz her initial thoughts of fucking a NHL guy and maing sweet passionate love turned into *conductor CHOO CHOO hand-gesture/motion * and she was most likely pissed at herself ofr being such a groupie/skank.

oh and the group sex was possibly rough and disrespectful leading to some vaginal/brusing and other stuff that could be construed as happening during a rape.

afterwards, pissed off that she was used as a cum-dumpster, in her 4-5am post/drunk wisdom she wants revenge on kane and decides to get a rape kit done just in case she wants to pursue a case and maybe get the fucker for money. yeah it assumes the worst, but remember she's prolly drunk and pissed and wanting revenge and if she gets the rape kit right away after rough sex it helps give her the ability to pursue that payday, which might not have ben an iron-clad 100% lock of an idea but if you dont go get the rape kit right away you lose the option to get that possible LIFE-CHANGING-PAYDAY(TM) so she did it.

after that she gets in touch with her mother and tells her what went down, and mom is like "FUCK THAT DUDE LET'S GET US A LIFE-CHANGING-PAYDAY(TM) and she starts scheming to help her daughter (and by proxy, her) get paid. maybe she'll get a new car out of this? so she (helps to?) stage/s an elaborate hoax with the rape kit trying to stack the deck with her daughter to make things as murky and ???? and potentially damning for kane (cuz as things were fudged up and evidence tampring was there she prolly knew that once the media got wind of this there'd be dan bernsteins and julie dicaros out there assuming kane's guilt and wanting to believe he's guilty of rape, so they'd report things with a slant towards' kaner's guilt, helping to put pressure on kaner to settle, which of course they were negotiating weeks b4 now. i assume if they wanted a reasonable amount of $$$ it would have been done so these shitty ppl go away, but they prolly wanted a lot into "NO, FUCK YOU" territory so no LIFE-CHANGING-PAYDAY(TM)

and then we know about the media and SJWs by and large convicting kane in the court of their opinions, and we know the media was pressuring the blackhawks to suspend him cut him whatever.... and all this shitstorm/pressure hopefulyl makes kanr wanna shut them up and have them go away by paying them but it doesnt work.... eventually their efforts to try and stack the deck against kaner (cuz remember, murkiness/tampering/WTF-IS-GOING-ON?!?! leaves dan/julie/everyone to be like IT'S STILL POSSIBLE HE RAPED HER!!! HE'S NOT OUT OF THE WATER YET!!! JUST BECAUSE NO DNA IN HER COOCH/PANTIES DOESNT MEAN HE DIDNT RAPE HER!!!" and yeah, that part of the media did the job they figured it'd do) ahem.... eventually their efforts to stack the deck against kaner don't work to achieve their ends, but the media spearheaded by ppl like dan/julie/etc will always claim WE'LL NEVER KNOW WHAT HAPPENED THAT NIGHT because they will not 100% ever believe that he didnt raper her that night cuz #RapeCulture and when someone says rape there is ALWAYS A CHANCE THAT THAT ASSHOLE RAPED HER! NO EXCEPTIONS BECAUSE EXCPTIONS = #VICTIMSHAMING = #RAPCULTURE and rah rah rah.

and in the end we're left with more stupid TLDR siniposts and the crusading media finalizing the cycle by fully inserting themselves into the story like dicaro did with her threats/bravery/etc and they'll capitalize on the end of this shitshow by trying to gather as much evidence as possible that people are assholes/misogynists/fanboys/rape-enablers/#RapeCulture and hopefully ppl like julie can get some pub from ppl on twitter talking shit to her after weeks of her going after kane and even egging on the haters and etc.

so basically the vultures like julie/dan/etc will pull a rahm and "never let a good crisis go to waste" and use this as an example of very real #RapeCulture and misogyny and being victims of online violence by ppl that julie pissed off by crusading against kane for weeks and weeks, and then at least later (if not the whole time) egging on the haters [cuz remember she was RTing the best hate she got, which compels ppl to step up their talking-shit-to-julie game so they can get the RT.... and then of course I HOPE YOU GET KILLED [screencap] doesnt fully work when ppl like me notice it's a new account which could mean possible false flag, so she gets a tweet that nobody sees with specfic location-dropping threats and we have to #ListenAndBelieve she got it because you know, it's not like she screencaps these threatening tweets to show them off..... oh wait she does. ok well i guess not if they're actually threatening. #ListenANDBelieve dudes.

and oh yeah ol girl and her family gets nothing but nobody better not charge them for conspiring/trying to extort $$$ from kaner cuz that's #VictimShaming and indickative of the #RapeCulture and if you go after these scheming assholes you could scare future rape victims from coming forward cuz they're afraid of getting punish if the rapist doesnt get convicted. c'est la vie.

and in the end we're all a little dumber for having dealt with this, and i type 10k unnecessary words on it crusading on my own angle about how SJWism/internet-feminism has a playbook that julie has been using to make herself a victim worthy of your attention/$$$$. i hope she gets a patreon cuz that'd be pitch perfect now.

This is the thing that gets me. DNA can come from many sources (no pun intended). DNA can be passed in sweat. You're in a bar. He sweats on her. DNA.
