FWIW, I have been tuning into 1000 more and more from 9-6. Yes, even fucking KAPLAN is better that the shit on 670; coming from me, that's saying a lot.

Show is bad. Goff as said is best in small doses. Spiegel blows and always has.

My problem with Goff is that he's just uninteresting radio. These are both guys that are the B-halves of an actually decent show but have been uncomfortably united to form a remarkably bland program.

I don't hate Speigel or meatpants or whatever the hell else this community calls him but I don't really know what his place is, either. He shouldn't lead. Neither should Goff. At all.

whoops, that's right he doesn't come on until noon. Who can remember (or give a shit).

I was listening to loho last night and left it on to give it a try. The 7 minutes I was in the car I think goff laughed about 50 times about nothing and Speigel mmmhmmed about 5. Hadn't heard it before don't need to hear it again. Flipped to ESPN on the way home.

Not a huge fan of kap but don't listen much 12-2 anyway.

For some sick reason I decided to listen to the first hour podcast. 4 minutes in and it's about...nothing. And Goff bragging about driving in at 8am and leaving ASAP at 1:20pm. The latter bit was about him being too lazy to want to file paperwork for monthly parking. Now they're talking about weight loss, and hot chix in Goff's building. Spiegel mentioned coming over, so take that for whatever...I gotta stop...don't want to turn into Sini doing LoHo threads...oh man it hurts even ramping up to 1.2x speed...they need Murph's yellow pad #sticktosports...10 minutes now and still weather...OK Austin Jackson mentioned, he plays the sportball...but then 'Twitter timeline'...
